Kampot Province

The province is located in the southwest of the country, 148km from the Capital of City Phnom Penh 27km from Kep province and 80 km Sihanoukville Province. The capital was renamed Kampot City and near the base of the Green Mountains and famous Bokor Hill Station . The small town of Kampot

on the river Teok Chou is located 5 km inland from the sea. Kampot region offers many other attractions, including the pre-Angkorian temples and caves , forests , cycling tours , boat , island trips, fishing trips and isolated beaches pepper bamboo train ride and beautiful rural countryside.

Most tourists come here to see the old French colonial architecture, charming in a situation to have a vision for visiting nearby islands or coastal Province. Province is famous for the quality of its fruits (durian, mango, coconut, etc.), its salts and the fact that the famous Kampot pepper. A special climate and soil type of Kampot fresh experience from several generations of pepper farmers make this pepper unique and much sought after by gourmets worldwide.

Not only part-tourism, the property also has grown as well, since 2008, an increase of new building and business, both Khmer and foreign, because the city has a population living in diverse but the most effective health paradise, and the amount populations are continues to increase every year so demand of property increase too.
